Our Melbourne CBD Car Park is conveniently located near the Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central, Myer, DJs, the legal precinct as well as several offices.

This multi-level sheltered car park, with a 2 metre height limit,  has 554 spaces and has regularly maintained lifts.

Apart from the required hoses, this car park has fire alarm sprinkler & monitoring system. It is opened everyday and closed for public holidays. Please see below for our opening and closing times.

The Ground & Lower floors are for customers who generally pay higher premiums. Casual parkers are required to park at the upper floors. On weekends, the Permanents with the Access cards are encouraged to park at the bottom floor. The weekend casual parkers are required to park at the upper levels.

Kim Lim Parking do provide corporate rates. They are subject to negotiation. Monthly rates quoted are on an annual basis & they are subject to change unless prior agreement has been struck.. For termination for the lease, a month's notice is required.

$15.00/night on weekdays and weekend. Overnight rate will apply from car park closing time and till the opening time the following day. Beyond this time period, on top of overnight rate, normal day rates will also apply.
